How could I not have EVER heard of this. I grew up in a small, small town. I now work in a small town, my kids go to a small school, yet today was the first time I've ever heard of the Testicle Festival! I thought it was a joke, but next weekend is the annual Testy Festy in our neighboring town. Don't believe me? Google it. I had to. I don't really know much about it, except that it involves castrating bulls and then frying them up for locals to eat- which they call Rocky Mountain Oysters. I think I'll skip that part. But I would like to head down the road and maybe get a t-shirt. I mean, come on! That's what living in a small town is all about!
